Social distancing is key to have a successful response to the COVID-19 situation, however this poses a challenge to leaders who want to make their presence felt, as well as to serve and have a positive influence on others, said Jaime Garcia Narro.
EGADE Business School's Associate Dean of Executive Education addressed this challenge in his webinar: “Leadership in adversity: Empowering ourselves in the face of today's challenges”.
His session was the second edition in the webinar series “Rising to the challenge: Leadership in the face of COVID-19”, an initiative launched by EGADE Business School to support the business community with reliable and updated perspectives to respond to the current situation.
During the webinar, Garcia Narro shared a series of attitudes and actions that will help exercise leadership with genuine sensitivity in an uncertain scenario, and seize new opportunities that may arise throughout this crisis.

The first edition of this webinar series was titled “Mexico's macroeconomic perspective in view of COVID-19”, and it was hosted by Raúl Montalvo, Director of the EGADE Business School campus in Guadalajara.
The upcoming scheduled webinars are:
