Dr. Garcia Narro has 30 years of professional experience in the field of business and is a professional coach, an activity that, as part of his vocation, both as an individual coach and as the trainer of coaches, is compatible with his role as Director of National Executive Education of the School. He is a master coach by the Inter-American Academy of Coaching and emotional intelligence instructor certified by the MSCEIT. 

His doctoral dissertation, which researched the interaction between motivation and practical knowledge in business equipment, was awarded by the American Marketing Association. Since 2002, he has taught numerous courses of postgraduate and executive programs related to the development of management skills and marketing in Mexico and Latin America. He has also participated in finance courses at the New York Institute of Finance, and at Northwestern University (USA).

Throughout his career, he held senior roles in large corporate office of international scope (Pulsat Internacional, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma, Grupo Christus Muguerza,) among others, as well as in SMEs. He also participated as a counselor in the non-hospital division and Monterrey division of Grupo Christus Muguerza and Cluster Monterrey Ciudad de la Salud.
