Dr. García-Narro has 30 years professional experience in the business field and is a professional coach, an activity that, as part of his vocation, both as an individual coach and as a trainer of coaches, is compatible with his role as Associate Dean of National Executive Education of EGADE. He is an Inter-American Academy of Coaching master coach and an emotional intelligence instructor certified by the MSCEIT.

His doctoral thesis, which explored the interaction between motivation and practical knowledge in business teams, received an award from the American Marketing Association. Since 2002, he has taught numerous postgraduate and executive programs courses related to the development of management skills and marketing in Mexico and Latin America. He has also undertaken finance programs at the New York Institute of Finance, and at Northwestern University (USA).

Throughout his career, Dr. García-Narro has held senior roles in large international corporate offices (Pulsat Internacional, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma, Grupo Christus Muguerza,) amongst others, as well as in SMEs. He also participated as a Director in the non-hospital and Monterrey divisions of Grupo Christus Muguerza and Cluster Monterrey Ciudad de la Salud.
