“I invite you to find your own definition of success and to always lead by example and always based on your purpose. The best version of yourself doesn’t need you to sacrifice anything. Just be the best and manage your time well. And don’t be afraid to do things, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Mistakes are part of learning. The worst we can do is to not do things. Never underestimate your authenticity and never underestimate the power you have as an individual,” the award-winner said.

Afterwards, the international expert in new technologies and digital disruption, Marina Díaz Ibarra, delivered a conference on diginomics and the acceleration of the new digital economy.

“The world is changing rapidly, as we know, but what’s interesting is that there are some guidelines that tell us where the next revolutions are going. They are going to happen much more rapidly than we thought. Quantum computing already exists, and artificial intelligence is a reality in our daily lives at work, even though it was only launched last November,” commented the former CEO of Mercado Libre in Argentina.

The alumnae and alumni also went back to the classrooms to participate in master classes offered by experts from EGADE Business School.

Within these sessions, Eduardo Aguiñaga, director of Full-Time Programs, expounded on sustainability and the circular economy; Mercedes Poiré, director of EGADE Business School Santa Fe site, addressed the topic of inter-functional leadership; and Ricardo Buitrago, professor in the Department of Strategy and Leadership, analyzed innovative strategies to drive value in organizations.

The gathering came to a close with a musical networking session, thereby offering graduates a space for reunion and learning, in order to remain current and continue to transform their personal and professional development.

The previous evening, approximately 70 alumnae and alumni enjoyed a benefit dinner at Hacienda de los Morales, marking the launch of the campaign EGADE Alumni for Leaders of Tomorrow.
