This Monday, EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey started the September-December trimester under a new flexible model to address the circumstances of the new reality.

More than 1,300 students from the diverse MBA and master’s programs, offered in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Querétaro, returned to classes with the HyFlex+Tec model, which considers two modalities: 100% remote or in hybrid format.

The new trimester started remotely and will continue with this approach until further notice, in compliance with institutional provisions and prioritizing the wellbeing of students, faculty, and collaborators in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The hybrid format, with some in-person activities during the trimester, will be implemented gradually and in accordance with the Health Alert Traffic-Light System in each state and EGADE site, under the strictest safety and hygiene protocols.

This trimester’s students joined the over 70 doctoral students who began their classes last month, also under the remote format, within the August-December semester.

Also, the students of the EGADE-CENTRUM MBA in Lima, Peru began a new period.

In an event held to welcome the approximately 370 new students, Ignacio de la Vega, Dean of EGADE Business School, stressed that the world is experiencing its greatest challenge and transformation process of the past few decades.

“In this context, I would like to recognize your commitment and decision to start your transformational experience at EGADE Business School, and become the protagonists of this evolution that will be made possible with the participation of each and every one of us,” he said.

The EGADE experience in the HyFlex+Tec model includes resources and tools, such as:

Some of the next events for EGADE Business School students will take place on:
