March 8, International Women's Day, is a commemorative date to recognize the fight for women's rights and gender equality that thousands of women have led throughout history.
To promote individual and collective reflection on progress, as well as inequalities and barriers that prevent the full development of women, we interviewed three women from the EGADE Business School community:
- Diana Tamayo, student of the Master in Business Management in Guadalajara.
- Violeta Ramírez, alumna from EGADE - UNC Charlotte MBA in Global Business & Strategy.
- Diana Kolbe, professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Intelligence.
They discussed the qualities they value most in the women they admire, and delved into the challenges women face in business and organizations, among other issues.
