“Leadership and gender” was the core of the conversation held by women business and academic leaders on March 30 within the EGADE Future Forum series.

Webinar participants were Fernanda Guarro, President and CEO of 3M México; María del Carmen Bernal, Academic Co-leader of Woman for Boards and Mexican Delegate in the W20 - G20; and María Concepción Del Alto, National Director of the Master in Finance at EGADE Business School.

The session was presented by Women for Boards, an EGADE Business School Executive Education program, in collaboration with Dalia Empower, designed for women executives and seeking to foster inclusion and drive female leadership in Boards of Directors.
