The profound health, economic and social impact of the COVID-19 pandemic provides the opportunity for a critical redefinition of the dominant business paradigms. Such learning is reflected transversally in everything we do at EGADE, aligned with a commitment to contributing to the transformation of Mexico and the world.

Dear EGADE Community,

Without a doubt, 2020 has been an unprecedented and challenging year, characterized by uncertainty, complexity, and disruption, but also by accelerated innovation, and the enormous resilience and humanity we share as an EGADE and Tecnológico de Monterrey community.

As the year draws to a close, I want to thank each one of you for your incredible commitment and active engagement during this past year. In the brief video message above, I share my appreciation for all we have accomplished together, and in the 2020 report below, you can review the highlights from EGADE this year.

We look towards the new challenges and opportunities of 2021 bringing with us valuable lessons about navigating complexity with agility, innovation, entrepreneurship and responsible leadership.
