For the second year running, EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey was awarded a distinction in the Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Honor Roll program.
The “honor roll” of this international society has three levels of recognition: Honors, High Honors and Highest Honors.
The EGADE Business School Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma was upgraded to the category High Honors owing to its achievements in the 2019-2020 academic year, having received the Honors distinction in the previous academic period.
The Chapter Honor Roll program recognizes the most outstanding chapters in the induction of new members and their involvement in the Beta Gamma Sigma global network.
Beta Gamma Sigma is an international honor society, founded in 1913, with more than 600 chapters and 875 thousand lifelong members from over 190 countries. Members are recognized as the “best in business” and come from AACSB-accredited business schools, such as EGADE Business School, representing the top 5% in the world.
At present, 228 graduates from EGADE Business School have earned and accepted Beta Gamma Sigma membership.
“Beta Gamma Sigma is a great distinction for our graduates. They take on a lifelong responsibility to be honorable and responsible leaders with their community,” commented Juan Antonio Enciso, EGADE Business School Chapter Advisor.
To be eligible for membership in the society, master’s graduates must be among the top 20% with the highest grade averages of their class, while 100% of doctoral graduates can choose to become members.
Therefore, Beta Gamma Sigma membership means forming part of a select group and represents the highest recognition a business school graduate can receive at the global level.
