EGADE Launches Online Executive Education Programs for Digital Transformation and Family Enterprise

New programs offer experiential learning focused on solving current business challenges.

As part of its Executive Education portfolio, EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey has launched two 100% online executive programs in the fields of Digital Transformation and Family Enterprise.

These new education options will be taught by prestigious instructors, including EGADE Business School faculty and industry leaders, and offer experiential learning complemented by conferences and panels with special guests, an enriching experience and high-level virtual networking.

STRATEGIC DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: LEAD THE DIGITAL ERA

The current environment and the digital future propel companies towards a transformation in the use, design and orientation of technology management.

Therefore, Strategic Digital Transformation helps participants develop a digital transformation prototype for their companies to address the new Industry 4.0 business settings through digital transformation.

The program targets company owners, board members, directors and executives; strategic decision-makers; leaders in the areas of innovation; and anyone who wants to confront the new reality from a unique perspective.

The program is divided into four modules:

  1. Environment: challenges and opportunities in the era of digital transformation, transition and adaptation to new business models.
  2. Digital technology and its implementation in the company: digital business architecture and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Dual transformation strategy to optimize business operations and create new revenue through digital innovation.
  4. Sectorial digital transformation and strategy in times of COVID-19.

This 40-hour program starts in September 2020. Sessions are taught in Spanish.

LEADING BUSINESS FAMILIES: SAFEGUARDING THE FUTURE

Family business transcendence is a family goal that faces generational transition, current challenges and disruptive transformations.

To achieve this, Leading Business Families provides participants with the necessary key competencies and helps them to apply a strategic transformational plan focused on the successful evolution of the organization and the family.

The program targets family business owners and successors; medium and large family businesses in the process of formalizing their governance structure or transition; and multigenerational business family members.

The program consists of eight modules aligned with four core learning areas:

  1. Leadership and governance.
  2. Family entrepreneurship.
  3. Intergenerational dynamics.
  4. Legacy and assets.

This 80-hour program starts in October 2020. Sessions are taught 50% in Spanish and 50% in English.
