The list recognizes young leaders under 40 who represent the future of business and drive transformation in their various industries.

The magazine Expansión presented its list of The 30 Promises 2020, who break traditional patterns, revolutionize work methods and are trailblazers in the nation’s history of business, including one student and four alumni from EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

The list, formulated by the magazine for the past 21 years as a result of a call for nominees, recognizes the inspiring stories of young leaders under 40 who, through their decisions and initiatives, represent the future of business and drive transformation in their particular sectors.

The EGADE Business School student and alumni included on the list are:

• Daniel Álvarez Mendoza, Global Employment Advisor for Central and North America, United States Department of State; EGADE MBA student.  
   
• Claudia Isabel Santander Zaldívar, Assistant Manager of Investment Products, HSBC; Global OneMBA alumna.
   
• Marilú Páez, General Manager of QuickBooks, México Intuit; Global OneMBA alumna.
   
• Óscar Chávez, Chief Business Officer, Grupo Gayosso; Executive MBA alumnus.
   
• Ulises Medel Andrade, Head of Finance, Google México; Master in Finance alumnus.

This year, the list includes 14 professionals who studied at Tec de Monterrey, taking into account the EGADE Business School student and alumni.
