The first edition of EGADE Action Week saw the launch of the Impact Challenge by Oxxo, a challenge linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and experienced by students from EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey through the videogame Minecraft.

  • First place: Edgar Javier Agustín Navarro, Jesús Ernesto Bautista and Rodolfo Urbina Mendoza.

  • Second place: Nicole Marie Keeter, Jackson Horace Wells and José Manuel Perdomo Oliva.

  • Third place: José Alfredo De La Peña García and Matias Javier Bossie.

The mentors who provided their knowledge and guidance were the EGADE Business School professors Eva Guerra, Luciana Manfredi, Eduardo Aguiñaga, and Lilia Bárcena, as well as Eloísa Pérez and Wendy Páez, from Educational Innovation, and Miriam García, from Strategic Intelligence.

The members of the jury responsible for evaluating the project were Jorge Carpio Aguilar, Sustainability and Social Responsibility manager at Oxxo; Ángela Barragan González, Environment manager at Oxxo; Rosina Benavides Monteverde, head of Sustainability Processes and Governance at Oxxo; Ricardo Úbeda, Associate Academic Dean of EGADE Business School; Sonia Monárrez, Strategic Intelligence director at EGADE Business School; and Eric Porras, national director of the MBA programs at EGADE Business School.
