David G. Lozano Páez, Director of Human Capital and Competitiveness at Ragasa Industrias, has been included in the 2022 list of the magazine Mundo Ejecutivo.

An EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey alumnus has been included in this year’s Top 20 CHRO list of the magazine Mundo Ejecutivo.

The alumnus is David G. Lozano Páez, Director of Human Capital and Competitiveness at Ragasa Industrias, who graduated from the MBA program in Monterrey.

The 2022 list recognizes twenty Chief Human Resources Officers in Mexico, selected for their achievements, careers and academic degrees, according to a methodology developed by Mundo Ejecutivo and the Mexican Association for Human Resources Management (AMEDIRH).

Lozano Páez’s achievements highlighted by the magazine include the development of a strategy that earned his organization fifth place nationwide in the Great Place to Work ranking “Best Places to Work in Challenging Times Mexico 2021,” in the 500 to 5000 employees category.

Another outstanding point was his leadership in planning and implementing the organizational transformation strategy (2017-2021) that led Ragasa towards the growth and institutionalization of its corporate governance.

He was also named for his contribution to generating competitiveness through a Culture of Continuous Improvement (Lean Enterprise), and the implementation of productivity projects that raise the execution standard across the entire business.

The list was published in the June 2022 issue of Mundo Ejecutivo.
