Osval Orduña, EGADE Business School graduate and Talent and DI (Diversity and Inclusion) expert, was included on the Top Voices Employment 2022 list presented by LinkedIn Noticias México.

He has worked in various talent consulting projects at DiDi, The Adecco Group, Antal International, and Lucas 5, playing a key role in revitalizing and improving recruitment processes, and served clients such as OYO Rooms, Rappi, Uber, and Ricoh.

He graduated with a Master in Manufacturing Management, from EGADE Business School, and a B.A. Economics, from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
