Students and alumni of EGADE Business School shared their international experiences through the “Across Cultures” Photography Contest, with more than 60 images.

A jury chose the winning photos of the first three places, as well as nine honorable mentions. The 12 selected images, by nine authors, were displayed in the Art Room of the EGADE Business School site in Monterrey, within the framework of the welcome week to the January-March 2020 quarter.

“The exhibition portrays the international experiences of students and graduates who have participated in double degree opportunities, exchanges, summers and Global Network Weeks, through their academic programs or the Department of International Programs,” explained Armida Lozano, director of International Programs from EGADE Business School, during the opening of the exhibition.

The first place was obtained by Yoku Sashida Méndez, an MBA student in Guadalajara; second place was received by María Amparo Orozco Álvarez, an MBA student in Santa Fe, and third place was won by Bernardo Osuna Monroy, an MBA student in Monterrey.

Their photos portray places like Table Mountain, in Cape Town, South Africa; the River Thames, in London, United Kingdom, and Babson College, in the United States, respectively.

The honorable mentions were awarded to the students Rogelio de la Garza Guevara, Sarah María Gallego Tapia, Óscar Eduardo Franco Guillén, Jesús Ávila Ortega, and the alumni Carlos Federico del Razo Ochoa and María Sabina López Lujano.

EGADE Business School offers its students and graduates various international opportunities through exclusive agreements with more than 50 programs offered jointly with recognized global academic partners.

It also provides more than 20 double degree options with more than a dozen of the most prestigious universities and business schools in the world, and grants access to the exclusive network of 31 partner business schools of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), and its Global Network Weeks and Global Network Courses programs.

The 12 photographs, which will remain on exhibition until March, can be seen here.
