By José Ángel de la Paz

The sixth generation of the +Talento Diploma Course in Monterrey graduated from this training program offered in an alliance between EGADE Business School, Movimiento Congruencia and Éntrale.

In this edition, there were 12 participants from CEMEX, Heineken, Home Depot, Proeza, Sigma Alimentos and UDEM, who received their diplomas certifying them as specialists in project design regarding workplace inclusion for persons with disabilities.

The ceremony was presided over by Osmar Zavaleta, director of the EGADE Business School Monterrey site; Angie Ruiz, Culture and Transformational Experience at ALFA, and treasurer of the Movimiento Congruencia Board; José Carrillo, managing partner of Amrop Seeliger y Conde, and member of the Movimiento Congruencia board; and Rocío Garza, manager of Movimiento Congruencia.

“The program you are finishing today has allowed you to develop new attitudes, skills and knowledge; empowered you as agents of change in your companies; and given you the opportunity to work together to build valuable synergies to favor workplace inclusion for persons with disabilities in Mexico,” Zavaleta said.

Movimiento Congruencia is an initiative of the business sector that works to provide equal opportunities for the social and workplace inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Éntrale "Alliance for the workplace inclusion of persons with disabilities” is an initiative of the Mexican Business Council, created to link intentions, connect opportunities and shift paradigms to favor workplace inclusion for persons with disabilities in Mexico.

Since it was launched in 2016, the +Talento Diploma Course has prepared six generations in Monterrey and two in Mexico City. Both sites will be offering this program again in 2020.
