Three experts analyzed the principles of Agile Enterprise and reflected on the challenges of organizational transition towards agility, on December 8, 2021, as part of the EGADE Future Forum series.

Session participants were Alexandra Solano, Director of Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Center for Digital Evolution; Carlos Zozaya, Area Director of Administrative Technique at Grupo BAL; and Francisco Jiménez, Digital, Agile and Technology Practices Director in Mexico at Bain & Company.
