Pablo Buitrón, EGADE’s New Associate Dean for Executive Education

EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey announced the institution’s appointment of Pablo Martín Buitrón Morales as the new Associate Dean for Executive Education at EGADE Business School.

“We are sure that with his leadership and experience we will continue to consolidate the Executive Education initiatives and programs that contribute to the strategic goals of EGADE Business School,” commented Osmar Zavaleta, Interim Dean of EGADE Business School.

Buitrón Morales has more than 39 years’ experience in the education sector. During the first stage of his career at Tecnológico de Monterrey, between 1983 and 2004, he performed diverse academic and executive functions as Professor of Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management for the business graduate degree programs in Mexico and Latin America, Director of Academic Development and Director of the Administration and Social Sciences Division at Campus Estado de México, and General Director of Campus Cuernavaca, among other responsibilities.

He subsequently served as Executive Director of the Community Foundation and Rector of Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Morelos. From 2012 to 2021, he was a faculty member at IPADE Business School, where he served, during the last four years, as the Deputy Director of CDC. As a consultant, he has provided services for diverse public, private and social organizations in Mexico and Latin America.

This month, he rejoined Tec to take on the role of Associate Dean for Executive Education at EGADE Business School.

Buitrón Morales holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and Tec de Monterrey, an MBA specializing in Human Resources from State University of New York, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
