On September 4, 2024, the Alumni Association of EGADE Business School Peru swore in its new board of directors for the 2024-2026 at the Tecnológico de Monterrey site in Lima.
Horacio Arredondo, dean of EGADE Business School, swore in the new leaders who will promote the active participation of graduates in Peru.
Lorena Cépeda Aliaga (MA’10) assumed the presidency, accompanied by her team: Francisco Coros de la Piedra (MA’10) as vice president, Percy Coll Santillán (MA’05) as treasurer, Luis Ibazeta Cárdenas (MA’09) as secretary, Rodrigo Montoya Villanueva (IMT’22) in Public Relations and Communication, July Chávez Arévalo (MBA’13) in Philanthropy and Generosity, and Carlos Vértiz Alocén (MBA’13), Viktor Pérez Vargas (MBA’16) and Rocío Miranda Saravia (MBA’15) as directors.
During the ceremony, María Livas, director of Alumni Relations and Career Hub at EGADE Business School, presented the representative pin to Lorena Cépeda Aliaga and the outgoing president, Francisco Coros de la Piedra, in recognition of their leadership.
The new board of directors signed the document formalizing their administration, while the outgoing board was recognized for its work during the previous period.
With more than 1,000 graduates in Peru, the EXATEC EGADE community in the country has been established as a critical pillar in consolidating the network in Latin America.
Within the framework of this visit, Horacio Arredondo offered the conference “Organizational Transformation: How to do business in the new era” to professionals and executives at the Swissotel Lima.
Prior to his arrival in Peru, the dean also participated in the swearing-in of the new board of directors of the EXATEC Chile Association at the Mexican Embassy in Santiago.
