A total of 144 graduate-degree candidates and alumni from EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey were honored in 2021 as new Beta Gamma Sigma members.

Beta Gamma Sigma is an international honor society that brings together the most outstanding students and alumni from institutions accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), which represent the top 5% of business schools worldwide.

Only the top 20% of master’s students with the best grade averages of their class and doctoral candidates are invited to become Beta Gamma Sigma members, meaning that this is the highest recognition students or alumni can receive at the global level.

This year, the EGADE Business School Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter induction ceremonies were held on November 18 in Querétaro; December 6 in Santa Fe and Guadalajara; and December in Monterrey.

The events were presided over by Jaime Martínez Bowness, Raúl Montalvo and Daniel Maranto, directors of the EGADE Business School Mexico City and Guadalajara sites, respectively, among other academic directors.

Juan Enciso, Global OneMBA Director, has served as Chapter Advisor for the EGADE Business School Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter since its foundation in 2016.

With this year’s recognitions, the number of members of the EGADE Business School Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter rose to 762.

As part of a worldwide network of over 600 chapters, Beta Gamma Sigma members are recognized internationally as "Best in Business".

Beta Gamma Sigma membership is lifelong.
