Within the framework of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, 3M announced the 25 prize-winning women scientists in the 2022 edition of the 25 Women in Science Latin America initiative.
Recognition of the scientists’ success included access to the EGADE Business School Executive Education program Management Business Skills, which provides the latest knowledge and necessary competencies in leadership, business vision, exponential technologies, innovation, and entrepreneurship for the future of business.
“We are very excited to form part of this type of initiatives, in which, through the EGADE Business School programs, we have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our country and of Latin America, and, in particular, of women leaders who generate a positive impact in the field of science. Our mission and commitment as the leading graduate business school in Mexico and Latin America consists of empowering the new generations of leaders who create shared value and transform society,” stated Jaime Martínez Bowness, Dean of the Tecnológico de Monterrey School of Business, Mexico City Region.
The second edition of the 3M initiative recognizes women scientists whose work in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) improves and impacts the daily lives of individuals and their communities, inspiring more women and girls to pursue careers in STEM.
