Candidates need to submit at least two letters of recommendation

Each letter should describe specific examples that illustrate your professional skills and qualifications. We recommend asking people who really know you (not family members), who you have worked for, and who you have stayed in touch with over the past few years. It is important to include specific examples.

There are no restrictions regarding the format, however, as a suggestion, the letter may answer questions such as:

  • "What is your relationship with the candidate and how long have you known him/her?"
  • "In your opinion, what is the candidate's greatest quality? Which traits describe him/her as an exceptional colleague or employee?
  • “How do the candidate's performance, personal strengths, and potential stand out from others in similar positions or roles?”

In addition, the letter must contain the following information:

  • The candidate's full name
  • The program the candidate is applying for
  • Referrer's full name and signature
  • Referrer's company, position, and seniority
  • Contact details: address, telephone, and email
  • If possible, on letterhead
