Dr. Tauhidul Tanin is a Professor in the Department of Finance and Business Economics at EGADE Business School. With an extensive background encompassing over 12 years of experience in academia and industry, he has served as a Research Consultant and Finance Manager, solidifying his expertise in the field. He is deeply committed to interdisciplinary research and has collaborated with professors from over 27 top universities worldwide. His scholarly contributions have been published in highly-ranked journals, including the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Energy Economics, Finance Research Letters, International Review of Financial Analysis, Sustainable Development, and the International Journal of Emerging Markets.

His research interests encompass various areas, such as international finance, behavioral finance, energy finance, financial markets and institutions, financial economics, corporate finance, sustainable finance, real estate, and FinTech.

Dr. Tanin has achieved High Distinction marks in his Ph.D. (coursework), MSc, MBA, and BBA degrees, and has been honored with merit-based awards and scholarships, including the Monash University Research Merit Scholarship for Ph.D., INCEIF University Full/President's Scholarship for MSc, and Best Conference Paper Award. His nomination for the prestigious Mollie Holman Award (Best Doctoral Researcher) and Vice-Chancellor's Commendation for Thesis Excellence by Monash further underscore his dedication and expertise.
