BIOGRAPHY

Horacio Arredondo is Dean of EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. Also, Horacio is an advisor and director of companies, with experience in various industries and countries in Latin America, both in the Private Sector, Public Sector, and NGOs.

At the academic level, Horacio teaches courses in Strategy and Organizational Alignment. His research interests focus on Family Enterprise, with particular emphasis on the intersection between Strategy and Socioemotional Wealth.

Previously, Horacio was Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Executive Development at the Adolfo Ibáñez University Business School, Santiago de Chile. As well as, Executive Director of the Center for Family Businesses of the UAI and Professor in the Area of Strategy and General Management in the same house of studies.
