The April-July 2021 trimestral term started this Monday at EGADE Business School, during which two new programs also began.

These are the Master in Business Analytics and the Master in Finance Online, which received their first generation of students.

More than 1,300 students from all trimestral graduate programs started their classes, and those from EGADE's sites and programs in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Queretaro, in Mexico, and Lima, in Peru, did so remotely in the HyFlex+Tec modality.

In a welcoming session for the almost 300 new students, Osmar Zavaleta, interim dean of EGADE Business School, recognized their commitment and decision to begin their transformative experience in the number 1 business school in Mexico and Latin America and urged them to lead with purpose in the face of the challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Our communities and organizations need leaders who can, in collaboration with civil society and the private sector, begin the urgent effort to lead and coordinate economic and social reconstruction. We need leaders with a global, human and entrepreneurial vision to lead our future. We need leaders who think strategically and act decisively to meet the challenges of a world that we must reimagine, reinvent and rebuild,” he said.

The current trimester began on April 19 and will end on July 2. Meanwhile, the students from all semestral graduate programs at EGADE also remain in classes remotely.
