Message: Guidelines for the April-July 2022 Term at EGADE Business School
Dear Students,
We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your support, collaboration, solidarity, and empathy, we achieved a responsible, successful return to in-person classes and activities during the January-April 2022 Term.
As a result, and considering the current panorama of the pandemic and conditions in each state, we would like to share with you the guidelines for the following academic period at EGADE Business School:
In the April-July 2022 Term, our classes, EGADE LiFE activities, academic events, and other experiences will primarily be in-person.
EGADE Business School’s international programs will take place in keeping with the following considerations:
EGADE students who travel abroad
- In the April-July 2022 Term, students who wish to participate in an exchange or dual degree program abroad will have the opportunity to do so in person.
- The June 2022 Global Network Week program will continue to be held in a remote modality, as agreed with the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) consortium. The modality has not yet been defined for the October 2022 Global Network Week.
International students coming to EGADE
- In the April-July 2022 Term, we will be welcoming international students for in-person instruction at all three EGADE Business School sites: Santa Fe, Monterrey, and Guadalajara.
In addition, considering that Tecnológico de Monterrey and EGADE Business School have one of the highest vaccination rates, as of March 15, 2022, we have updated some of the protocols for entering our facilities. Such measures will remain in effect until further notice and, therefore, will apply to the April-June 2022 Term:
- You will no longer have to answer the health questionnaire on the SAP Fiori Client App or show the green QR code at the campus access screening checkpoint. Just show your ID card or digital ID, which will be available on mitec as of April 1, 2022.
- We are entering a new phase, and will be updating the preventive protocols based on the regulations of each state (simplified health screening, signage for diverse spaces, use of facemasks in outdoor spaces).
- Vaccination criteria for in-person attendance remain in place, according to the conditions published in official channels and the “Announcements” section of the Conscious Return site.
We recommend checking EGADE Business School’s media periodically for any updates. If you have any questions, please contact your Program Director for further information.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon at EGADE to start a new academic period full of life with your presence!
