Currently Ecommerce and Digital Director at LITS Adventures and MBA Professor of Business Intelligence at EGADE-Tecnológico de Monterrey, Cédric Vialle carried out more than 20 consulting projects in strategy, digital transformation, omnichannel experience and electronic commerce. In Latin America, Europe and Asia, Cédric has helped transformed companies in the retail, supermarkets, consumer products, telecommunications, banking and tourism sectors. Cédric teaches also  digital transformation classes at Ebusiness Academy (CDMX). He also lectures in ecommerce, innovation, data strategy and consumer experience in Mexico (L'Oréal, Oxxo, Colgate Palmolive, ANTAD). Cédric graduated from ESSEC Business School (MBA), completed with studies at the University of Cape Town (South Africa) and the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad (India). He regularly writes articles on new business models, customer experience and digital business strategies.

He is recently the author of a monograph, Mexico Facing the Future, published by the Woodrow Wilson Center Mexico Institute that examines the challenges Mexico faces in a future knowledge economy. He is a graduate of Harvard College and has a Master of Science in Management (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Álvaro is an independent Board Member of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Mexico and of the Technical Committee of the Macquarie Mexico Real Estate Management Trust Fund. He has served in senior leadership position in the international financial services sector, including as, Risk and Compliance Director in the Asset Management Division of Citigroup Latin America, Vice President of Planning and Marketing in Citibank Mexico and Divisional Director of Credit Analysis and Strategic Planning in GBM-Atlantic Group. He also served as Director of Planning in Teléfonos de México and as Managing Partner of the consulting firm BIE Consultants. Álvaro received his degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK.
