The Flourish Awards are powered by AIM2Flourish, an initiative of the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit.

The contest encourages business students and professors worldwide to identify and share stories of business innovation that align with the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In 2022, 694 inspiring innovation stories were published on the AIM2Flourish platform from various parts of the world.

From this pool of narratives, the Flourish Awards team selected the 78 most exceptional stories as finalists, subsequently naming 17 winners for the 2023 edition, one for each SDG.

The EGADE Business School team story, "Empowering Maasai Women in Arid Lands," sheds light on AGAR's impactful initiatives to uplift the marginalized Maasai community in Kenya.

Through innovative solutions, the story highlights, AGAR has empowered Maasai women by providing them access to education, microfinance, and training in sustainable agricultural practices.

The 17 winning teams for the 2023 Flourish Awards were announced between June 5 and 9.
