CLADEA and EGADE present the second edition of the Senior Management Program in Higher Education

The Latin American Council of Business Schools (CLADEA) and EGADE Business School present the second edition of the Senior Management Program in Higher Education, "Problems, Strategic Management, and Resolution."

Through workshops and conferences, this specialized training program focuses on developing a strategic vision for the management of higher education institutions and enhancing the capacities of work teams and students who will occupy senior management positions in business schools in Latin America and companies.

To be held on August 23 and 24 at the Mexico City Campus of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Senior Management Program in Higher Education offers a unique opportunity to train future rectors, deans, directors of faculties, leaders, and coordinators of business schools in Latin America, with a disruptive and global approach.

The participation of EGADE Business School, the number 1 business school in Latin America, guarantees academic excellence and experience in training business and educational leaders.

The program will feature outstanding speakers who will share their knowledge and experience in the field of higher education, including Juan Pablo Murra Lascurain, rector of Professional and Graduate Studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey; Xavier Ordeñana Rodríguez, president of CLADEA and dean of ESPAE / ESPOL; Manuel Ortíz de Zevallos, executive director of CLADEA; José Martinez Villavicencio, director of CIADEG Tecnológico de Costa Rica; Gisela Veritier, general director of ICDA; Enrique Ramírez R., dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the ICESI University; Claudia García López, regional director of the Center for Teacher Development and Educational Innovation at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and Mónica López Sieben, director of the Graduate School of Business Administration at CETYS University.

On behalf of EGADE Business School, the participation of Horacio Arredondo, Dean; Pablo Buitrón, Associate Dean of Executive Education; Ricardo Úbeda, academic associate dean; Eloísa Pérez, director of Educational Innovation, and Sonia Monárrez, director of Strategic Intelligence.

Program participants will benefit from a managerial approach that considers the profile of Latin American business schools and the possibility of being part of the program's graduate community.

In addition, they will strengthen their skills and abilities to assume management roles in higher education institutions and will receive a specialization diploma that will be delivered at the official closing ceremony.
