Cristian Granados Sánchez

Dr. Cristian Granados is a research professor and consultant in the Innovation Department of EGADE. He holds a master's degree, doctorate, and post-doctorate from the University of Barcelona and the University of Cambridge. He was a research fellow at HEC Montreal and did a research stay at Harvard Business School. He actively works with entrepreneurs to develop their innovation capacity. He has worked with various companies such as Renault, Pfizer, Roche, Kraft-Heinz, Mabe, Hubbell, and Grupo Salinas in consulting and education. In addition, he is the academic director of the executive innovation program Tec Beyond and co-founder of the EGADE Innovation Community, which brings together 50 innovation leaders in Mexico. He has held positions as innovation director, co-founder of a video game startup, and Coparmex Innovation Commission president. In his research work, he focuses on analyzing factors of success and failure of innovation, and his studies have been published in British and American journals. He writes for Forbes, MIT Review, and Stanford Innovation Review in his dissemination work. He co-authors the book Do More with Less: 6 Principles of Frugal Innovation (Planeta).

Eva María Guerra Leal

Eva María Guerra Leal is the Academic Associate Dean. She also holds a certification in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a member of the Business School's Distinguished Faculty Circle.

Her areas of expertise include customer-centric and service-driven organizations, marketing strategies, organizational behavior, service management, and business intelligence. This, in turn, has led her to cooperate since 2014 with Tecnológico de Monterrey in matters of teaching, innovation, research, and consulting. Dr. Guerra also participated in designing training units of the Tec21 and activities of the MFD+ models, the Institutional Committee of Classification of Professors, and teaches online graduate courses and continuing education programs.

Her extensive experience in the financial services industry supports her participation in the Strategic Focus Research Group (GIEE), in Social Innovation, and the Center for Financial Access, Inclusion and Research (FAIR).

Likewise, her extraordinary work and outstanding academic background as a Ph.D. in Business Administration have been distinguished several times with the Intellectual Vitality, Service, and Leadership award.

Claudia Ramos

Professor Ramos Garza’s research focuses on themes linked to the areas of  strategy and organizational behavior. She has published on the themes of personality, diversity, decision-making styles, strategic consensus, team processes, and innovation-oriented culture.

She has been a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Conacyt (2006-2010) and has received several awards for her intellectual contribution from DAF Campus Monterrey and EGADE Business School. Professor Ramos has also received second place in the Romulo Garza Award 2011 from XIGNUX and Tecnológico de Monterrey, for her research in businesses, entrepreneurship, economy, and regional development. She has given conferences in the United States and various countries in Latin America and Europe.

She has also cooperated with the International Competitiveness Center of the Graduate Division and Research, Campus Monterrey and has participated in several research and extension projects sponsored by  the Banco National de Comercio Exterior (Mexico).

Elliott Kruse

Dr. Elliott Kruse is a Professor of the Department of Strategy and Leadership at EGADE Business School and Leader of the Thematic Area Research Group (GAT) in Leadership.

His research focuses on how values shape leadership. His interests include the fields of ethics, motivation, and decision-making. He is particularly interested in the implications of problem resolution, negotiation and social innovation. 

He has co-authored several articles, amongst which are "Boosting State Humility Via Gratitude, Self-Affirmation, and Awe: Theoretical and Empirical Perspectives," "The Relationship Between Physician Humility, Physician-Patient Communication, and Patient Health," "An upward spiral between gratitude and humility" and "People claim objectivity after knowingly using biased strategies." In 2011, he received the award for the best article from the Department of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management of San Antonio (Texas, United States.)

Dr. Kruse was a postdoctoral researcher at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University, and a postdoctoral research associate (2013-2015) at the University of Princeton (USA.)
