Dr. Moya Dávila is an expert in entrepreneurship, innovation, venture capital, finance, investment project valuation, obtaining bank and risk financing, and start-up valuation. He has 25 years’ experience in academia and consulting, the development and implementation of financial strategies for funding high impact and rapid growth start-ups, and building strategic alliances with community and various organizations at a global level. He has also worked with companies as an advisor, as well as in the incorporation of its corporate governance bodies and capital budget policies. As an entrepreneur, he has created three development centers: a business center featuring an incubator, an accelerator, an investor’s club and company landing; a logistics center offering research services to the ports of Tampico and Altamira; and a plastics center which offers the petrochemical industry, plastic resins research. He also founded the company Productos FB, dedicated to the production and marketing of organic coffee.

Renzo Casapía has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Agustin in Peru and holds an MBA from HEC University of Montreal, Canada.  Renzo has occupied leadership roles in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing in top multinational companies such as Citigroup and IBM in Peru, Mexico and Canada.    He has been a keynote speaker and panelist at serval global business and academic events. He is currently the Managing Director for Cengage/National Geographic Learning in Latin America. Prior to assuming this role, Renzo was Managing Director of UVM Sur, the largest and most representative operation of Laureate International Universities with16,000 students. In all his roles, he has leveraged technology and data to generate change and innovation.  He currently teaches Business Intelligence, People and Data Analytics at the MBA of EGADE (Tec de Monterrey) in Mexico City. Renzo is also a board member at Inroads Mexico, an international organization oriented to provide leadership opportunities to undeserved university students in Mexico. Renzo is Canadian and Peruvian, is happily married with two daughters (Andrea y Lucianna), enjoys languages, teaching and social work.

Claudia Gómez Borquez is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Consumer Behavior at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Sheffield. Currently, she is living in Vancouver, Canada, where she is doing research, in SFU Beedie School of Business, to create models to shift consumer behavior towards more sustainable consumption. Claudia has participated in different international social development projects, including Egypt, Greece and Brazil. During those projects she developed her passion for women empowerment, diversity, inclusion and equity. Previously, she has worked on business development for entrepreneurs, commercial strategy and project management. Her research interest includes gender stereotypes in advertising and sustainable consumption.

Francisco Tamayo-Enriquez is professor, consultant and entrepreneur. He is professor of Lean Thinking and Process Innovation in EGADE MBA and in the Master´s in Engineering Management in Tecnologico de Monterrey. He has more than 25 years of experience working in managerial positions in Quality and Manufacturing in international companies in the energy (General Electric-Prolec) and automotive (Yazaki) industries. He has been recognized 3 times as the Best Professor of the Semester in Digital Experiences and in 2019, as Distinguished EGADE Professor. In 2014 he was recognized as Exemplar Leader of the Year in General Electric-Prolec and in 2011, selected as one of the 40 New Voices of Quality by the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Francisco has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, M.S. in Manufacturing Systems, M.S. in Quality Systems and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey. In 2020, he finished the Smart Manufacturing Certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
