Cristian Granados

Professor at the Graduate School of Business and at EGADE Business School

Dr. Cristian Granados is a research professor and consultant in the Innovation Department of EGADE. He holds a master's degree, doctorate, and post-doctorate from the University of Barcelona and the University of Cambridge. He was a research fellow at HEC Montreal and did a research stay at Harvard Business School. He actively works with entrepreneurs to develop their innovation capacity. He has worked with various companies such as Renault, Pfizer, Roche, Kraft-Heinz, Mabe, Hubbell, and Grupo Salinas in consulting and education. In addition, he is the academic director of the executive innovation program Tec Beyond and co-founder of the EGADE Innovation Community, which brings together 50 innovation leaders in Mexico. He has held positions as innovation director, co-founder of a video game startup, and Coparmex Innovation Commission president. In his research work, he focuses on analyzing factors of success and failure of innovation, and his studies have been published in British and American journals. He writes for Forbes, MIT Review, and Stanford Innovation Review in his dissemination work. He co-authors the book Do More with Less: 6 Principles of Frugal Innovation (Planeta).

She specializes in the valuation of companies, corporate finance, financial information analysis and money and capital markets, fields in which she has participated in publications, conferences, and workshops. The research and teaching of Dr. Anabella Dávila has evolved in the fields of the culture of work, strategic human resource management, sustainability, and human development. Her work examines the social logic which governs Latin American organizations. Dr. Dávila has been a professor and guest researcher in several national and international universities and she is an active member of the Academy of Management and the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level II, CONACYT. In addition to her full-time teaching role at EGADE, Dr. Dávila has previously been Director of the Ph.D. Program in Administrative Science and Research Director at EGADE Business School Monterrey.

Lourdes Ocampo is Doctor in Human Development and her main interest is organizational change and women leadership. She has worked in Tec de Monterrey since 1987, as well as in outreach activities advising companies and educational institutions on the development of Human Capital in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. She collaborates as a senior consultant at Remus & Associates and has conducted research on occupational diseases (Burnout and Mobbing Syndrome) and has publications on sorority and female leadership. She has been recognized as the best evaluated professor at EGADE Guadalajara on several occasions and in May 2018 she received the 2018 Jalisco State Psychology Award.

Lucía Romo has a Biomedical Engineering degree and a Master’s Degree in Science Education from Tec de Monterrey. She has held roles in Ed-tech and Marketing in global companies such as Santillana. She has been a science and mathematics instructor in Tec de Monterrey since 2010, where she’s coordinated and designed courses at different grade-levels. She is coauthor of “Mathematics for Decision-Making”. Currently she is Marketing and Digital Solutions Manager at Cengage for Latin America and professor of Business Intelligence in EGADE Business School.

Professor Porras Musalem’s research on logistics systems and inventories have been published in internationally renowned specialist journals and have focused on lectures he has presented at national and international congresses. As an expert and leader in the logistics field, Professor Porras was the Director of Research (2011-2014) at the Innovation Center in Logistics and Commerce, Tecnológico de Monterrey which comprises the network of research centers in Logistics of the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute at the University Georgia Tech. He has also participated in consulting projects for industry in logistics and supply chain-related topics. He was also a member of the SNI (Sistema National de Investigadores, Level 1, Conacyt (2007-2012).
