Students of the MBA program at EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey had the opportunity to visit the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) and attend a Business Intelligence master class in Mexico City.
The center is located in the facilities of Microsoft México’s head office in the Santa Fe zone.
The EGADE MBA students became acquainted first-hand with the business applications of Microsoft’s Power BI tool.
Their tour included demonstration stations that displayed technological solutions for real-life problems, such as traffic optimization in metropolises, retail applications, and improvements to crop irrigation systems.
During the visit, Rafael Sánchez Loza, president and general director of Microsoft México, talked with the EGADE MBA students.
The Business Intelligence master class is part of the same course Professor Juan Carlos Bustamante taught.
With this activity, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Microsoft celebrate their alliance formed last December to drive the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Mexico.
