Yarid Ayala

Yarid is an enthusiastic researcher that investigates the intersections between Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Innovation. He is part of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Happiness Studies. He is also in the Fellowship Editorial program of the Journal of Applied Psychology (a Top 50 Financial Times Journal), where he is learning the work of an Editor. In Mexico he is SNI at the candidate level.
