Dr. Tauhidul Tanin is a Professor in the Department of Finance and Business Economics at EGADE Business School. With an extensive background encompassing over 12 years of experience in academia and industry, he has served as a Research Consultant and Finance Manager, solidifying his expertise in the field. He is deeply committed to interdisciplinary research and has collaborated with professors from over 27 top universities worldwide. His scholarly contributions have been published in highly-ranked journals, including the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Energy Economics, Finance Research Letters, International Review of Financial Analysis, Sustainable Development, and the International Journal of Emerging Markets.

His research interests encompass various areas, such as international finance, behavioral finance, energy finance, financial markets and institutions, financial economics, corporate finance, sustainable finance, real estate, and FinTech.

Dr. Tanin has achieved High Distinction marks in his Ph.D. (coursework), MSc, MBA, and BBA degrees, and has been honored with merit-based awards and scholarships, including the Monash University Research Merit Scholarship for Ph.D., INCEIF University Full/President's Scholarship for MSc, and Best Conference Paper Award. Jason Good

Jason Good is a researcher and teacher focusing on the interplay of organizations and nature. His areas of expertise include sensemaking, sociomateriality, collaboration, and the circular economy, particularly as they pertain to sustainable business strategies. Much of Jason's academic expertise is grounded in his experience in the commercial fishing industry, where he worked as a fisheries observer/scientist in the US North Pacific. 

In terms of his academic background, Jason received both his Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan's School of Environment and Sustainability; there he studied organizational sensemaking practices among commercial fishing captains in Alaska, as well as collaborative processes among the Bureau of Land Management's Resource Advisory Councils. Nearly an eternity before that Jason earned a B.S. in Biology from Longwood College.

Felipe Symmes

His work focuses on sustainable futures, entrepreneurship, informal markets, creativity, imagination, and innovation. Dr. Symmes is a Research Professor at EGADE Business School and VIVA Idea Schmidheiny Chair in Sustainable Futures at EGADE Business School. He co-authors the book “Scaling Strategies for Social Entrepreneurs: A Market Approach,” recently published worldwide by Palgrave McMillan, and “Do More with Less: The 6 Principles of Frugal Innovation” by Editorial Planeta. Part of his research has been published in prestigious journals such as Management Research and Journal of Iberoamerican Academy of Management. In addition, he is a literature writer, publishing his first book in 2016 called “Writings of a Lost Man,” for which he was selected by Penguin Random House in Spain among the most promising young writers.

Christiane Molina

Dr. Christiane Molina is Research Professor in the Strategy and Leadership Department at EGADE Business School. She currently teaches corporate sustainability to MBA students and courses on strategic planning, innovation and sustainability, and planning models and processes at the State of Mexico Campus.

Dr. Molina is a prominent coach of the Best Mexican Companies program at Deloitte, Banamex and Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also provided advice to family businesses in the Family Business Value Creation Program in the metropolitan area of ​​Mexico City. She is certified as an Independent Director by the Institute of Best Practices and as “Multiplicador B” by the B Corp organization in Mexico.

Dr. Molina worked in the Telecommunications Industry in Nicaragua and Mexico as a consultant for Detecon Inc., a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. She is a member of the SNI, (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Candidate level, Conacyt, and an active member of the Academy of Management in the divisions of international business and organization and administration.

Dr. Molina’s research has been published in Business & Society magazine, and in Advances of International Management. She has presented her research at several national and international conferences such as BALAS (Business Association for Latin American Studies), ACACIA (Academy of Administrative Sciences), and LAEMOS (Latin American and European Meeting on Organization Studies). In addition, she collaborated on the book 100 Entrepreneurs Mexicanos.

Carlos Vargas

Carlos Vargas a finance scholar and researcher who is currently on his way to acquiring his Ph.D. in Banking and Finance on behalf of the University of Zurich.

With more than ten years of experience working with multinational companies, his expertise revolves around topics such as financial analysis, sustainable finance, business planning, renewable energy, and project financing. He has written financial editorials for influential newspapers in Mexico, such as El Financiero and El Economista, and has been invited to teach courses at several universities in Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Not only is he a part of the faculty at EGADE Business School, but he is also a professor of Sustainable Finance and Impact Investments at the Harvard Extension School.

Bryan Husted

Dr. Husted's extensive research and teaching experience has developed in business and public policy, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and corporate sustainability. He has published widely on business topics and is one of the most prolific authors in business ethics. He has published academic articles in journals such as Organization Science, the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Business Ethics Quarterly, and Business & Society, amongst others. He is a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level III, Conacyt, and Business & Society magazine co-editor.

In January 2018, Dr. Bryan Husted received the "Premio Insignia" part of the Romulo Garza Research and Innovation Award 2017 for his 28-year research career at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

He has had an outstanding academic career as a professor and researcher at Tecnológico de Monterrey since 1990, as well as foreign institutions such as the IE Business School in Madrid and the Schulich Business School at York University in Toronto.

He is currently the Leader of the Research Group (GI) in Conscious Business Development at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Business School.
