Dr. Moreno Tripp has specialized knowledge in the field of finance research in topics such as risk management, valuation, banking, and loans due to his extensive professional experience in the financial sector. Dr. Moreno has held the position of CEO and CFO for Serfin International Bank & Trust / Serfin Securities, as well as other C-level positions at the same institution. He has also worked for Valmex (Valores Mexicanos Casa de Bolsa) as Assistant Director and Financial Engineering Manager. Dr. Moreno is currently the Director of EGADE Business School’s OneMBA program and has previously held the same position for the Global MBA program delivered by Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Virtual University, a program taught in collaboration with the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has also been a member of the editorial board for El Norte newspaper.

Professor Szymanski’s research focuses on the areas of international business knowledge, strategic management, and global leadership, with a special interest in topics such as biculturalism, intercultural management, and diversity and performance strategies. He is a co-author of several texts, including: “Embracing Organizational Trauma: Three Short Case Studies Illustrating Positive Effects of (Near) Death Experiences on Organizational Culture,” “Understanding Multiculturals as Ethical Global Leaders” and “The Subprime Crisis: economic consequences of emotion-driven actions.” He has been a researcher and Assistant Professor at Peter B. Gustavson Business School at the University of Victoria (Canada). He has also collaborated as a strategic management consultant for PwC, BCG, and Deloitte.

Withe more than 20 years of professional experience, she has specialized and developed her career in Marketing, Market Research, Business, and Internet areas. She is the founder of Marketeras, an organization through which she performs as an independent consultant, offering her services to SME and multinational companies. As a practitioner, she has worked in large and medium companies such as FEMSA Comercio (OXXO), General Electric, and NIC México. She is a lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Business Analytics at ITESM, teaching courses such as Marketing & Creativity, Marketing B2B, Competitive Marketing Definition, Internal Marketing, and Branding for undergraduates; and Consumer Behavior for postgraduates. She has also designed online courses such as Branding, Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, and TEC21 unit formations. In addition, she is an active researcher and has published in several journals such as The Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied & Journal of International Consumer Marketing. Her research interest is focused on consumer behavior, well-being, sustainable marketing, and digital marketing.  She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in Consumer Behavior from EGADE Business School, a Marketing Master’s degree in the same school, and an Executive Scholar, Certified in Marketing & Sales Management from Northwestern University, Kellogg.

Professor Schilke is an Associate Professor (with tenure) at the Eller College of Management, in the Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Arizona, as well as an Associate Professor (by courtesy) in the School of Sociology, and is also the Founder and Director of the Center for Trust Studies at the University of Arizona. He has teaching experience at the University of California, in Los Angeles; at the Technical University of Munich, in Germany; at the EGADE Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey; and at the RWTH Aachen University, in Germany. His research interests are in the areas of microfoundations of organization theory, trust, organizational routines/capabilities, institutional theory, and also the collaboration between individuals and between organizations.
