Bertha Leticia is a Ph.D. student in Engineering Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has focused her studies on the adoption of Industry 4.0 and the relevance of human development in this new era, presenting several publications at international conferences. In 2019, she received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In the same year, as part of a double degree of the university’s honors program, she earned her master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, The United States. Besides her studies, she has collaborated as a teaching assistant in the Industrial Engineering Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey over the last two years and a half. Additionally, interested in sustainability and Circular Economy, she has been involved in related projects, such as organic waste management.
