Abhishek Nayak is currently the Director of the Master of Business Analytics program at Egade Business School. Before this, he was a professor at the University of Amsterdam Business School (Netherlands). He is an experienced International Faculty and an educational entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry over the past 10 years. He has over 2000+ hours of University level teaching experience in 6 countries and 10 different institutions. He is skilled in Digital Marketing, Online Brand Monitoring, Social Media Marketing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and User Generated Content analysis. He is also the  Founder & Managing Partner of Arbalest Learning, a  Digital growth accelerator based out of Amsterdam, specialized in working with MSMEs and startups to create and implement their digital growth strategy.

Lucila Osorio

Dr. María Lucila Osorio Andrade has had a long career within Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she currently serves as a Research Professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Intelligence at EGADE Business School. She is also Director for the Retail Trade Center and Leader of the Thematic Area Research Group (GAT) in Transformation of the Retail Industry. From January 2011 to February 2022, she has been an adjunct professor at Campus Monterrey, teaching diverse undergraduate courses in the area of Marketing. She has also offered Continuing Education courses at the institution.

Dr. Osorio’s professional experience encompasses the areas of Marketing and Exports in companies such as Heineken México and Nutec Industrial. Her research work has been published in numerous indexed journals, including Journal of Product & Brand ManagementJournal of Retailing & Consumer Services, and Humanistic Management Journal.

She has presented her research work at several national and international conferences, such as ACACIA (Mexican Academy of Administrative Sciences), IAM (Iberoamerican Academy of Management), and AMS (Academy of Marketing Science). She is an active member of the Academy of Marketing Science and the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.

With more than 20 years of experience as an independent consultant in the field of Market Research, Dr. Claudia Quintanilla is a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level I, Conacyt.

As a Research Professor at EGADE Business School and member of the Thematic Area Research Group (GAT) in Production, Marketing, and Responsible Consumption at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Business School, she has published in indexed journals such as the Journal of Consumer Studies, MAGIS, amongst others. In addition to her title of Director of the Department of Marketing and Analysis, she teaches courses in both the master’s and doctoral programs.

Raquel Castaño

Professor Castaño has had an outstanding academic career as a professor and researcher in marketing and consumer behavior. Her research focuses on adopting new products and brands, the cultural meaning of consumption, and decisions affecting consumer well-being. Her research works have been published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Marketing Letters, and Journal of Consumer Marketing, among others.

Among her main achievements as a researcher is the publication of the article “Managing Consumer Uncertainty in the Adoption of New Products: Temporal Distance and Mental Simulation,” highlighted in the Journal of Marketing Research. Likewise, a version related to the article “How we relate to brands: Psychological and insights into consumer-brand relationships,” published in the Journal of Consumer Psychology, obtained an award from the American Marketing Association in 2012 as the best work in Psychology and Consumer Behavior. She is a National System of Researchers of CONACYT, Level II member.

At EGADE Business School, she has been Dean of Faculty, Director of the Monterrey campus, Academic Director, and Director of the Master's Degree in Marketing. In the corporate sphere, she has held several management positions at GAMESA Corporate. In the corporate field, she has occupied several managerial positions in GAMESA Corporation.
