Leader of the Western Region of the FAIR (Center for Financial Access, Inclusion and Research), Consultant in company valuation for the processes of purchase/sale offers. PAS Foundation Honorary Advisor. I have developed courses for Tec de Monterrey and Tec Milenio at a professional and master's level. I worked at Casa de Bolsa Scotiabank, SAB as a FOREX manager. I was a consultant in the development of new mortgage products at Probursa, SA.

Yarid is an enthusiastic researcher that investigates the intersections between Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Innovation. He is part of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Happiness Studies. He is also in the Fellowship Editorial program of the Journal of Applied Psychology (a Top 50 Financial Times Journal), where he is learning the work of an Editor. In Mexico he is SNI at the candidate level.
