Oscar has been a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and currently teaches at the Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo León. Oscar is the Director of Taxes and Legal Services of the International Tax practice at PwC and has more than 10 years of experience advising companies from different industries. He has actively participated in the application of taxes in Mexico, international treaties and in the structure of international operations. Oscar was assigned for two years at the PwC San Jose office in California, working primarily with technology companies and startups.

Economist from Tecnológico de Monterrey and graduated from EGADE Business School with a master's degree in Manufacturing Management. He has consulted various industries such as: Retail, FMCG, Engineering and Manufacturing, Automotive, and Technology. Before starting Orduña Talent Services, Osval Orduña worked in various companies such in key positions of dynamization and improvement of recruitment processes such as: DiDi, The Adecco Group, Antal International, and Lucas 5. Attending clients such as: OYO Roooms, Rappi, Uber, Ricoh. At the Tecnológico de Monterrey he developed a model of strategy linked to feedback called IDEAR; which was tested in more than 25 family businesses with great results.

Pedro Carreón is passionate about higher business education, with a career of more than 25 years in public, private and non-profit institutions. This experience has given him a unique understanding of business and a comprehensive perspective of the world in which they operate, making it easier for leaders and organizations to thrive in their business ecosystem. At the beginning of his professional life, Pedro collaborated in the promotion of investment projects of foreign companies in our country. Through the Tecnológico de Monterrey, he has participated as a consultant in the Institute of Family Businesses, the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute, the Award for the Best Mexican Companies awarded jointly with Deloitte and Citibanamex, and Executive Education at EGADE Business School. His teaching and research activities focus on innovative entrepreneurship. His most recent publications address the creation of new companies and the growth aspirations of Mexican entrepreneurs, mainly based on data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) project. Likewise, he actively participates in different national and international forums that promote the entrepreneurial mentality. He is currently a member of the Academic Senate of Tecnológico de Monterrey and Chapter Advisor of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Pilar Castillo Cáceres

Pilar Castillo is a Bioengineer from Universidad de Concepción in Chile, and an MBA candidate at EGADE Business School Guadalajara. Due to her professional training and experience as a research scientist, she founded a company dedicated to the development of R&D projects for companies in different industries that want to improve their products and processes, generating value through science. Currently she is the Director of the PIR Project in northern Chile, whose objective is to valorize 95% of industrial and urban waste products produced in the area, through the creation of new high quality materials, contributing to the environmental, economic and social sustainability of the region.

A thought leader of the Conscious Capitalism movement, Raj Sisodia is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Conscious Capitalism Inc. He was previously FW Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business and Whole Foods Market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College and Trustee Professor of Marketing and the Founding Director of the Center for Marketing Technology at Bentley University. He recently joined Tecnológico de Monterrey as Distinguished University Professor of Conscious Enterprise and Chairman of the Conscious Enterprise Center.

The broad teaching and research career of Professor Rajagopal has developed in the fields of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, technology and innovation management, international business management, service marketing, management of new products and brand management. His academic excellence has been acknowledged by the Government of Mexico for the premier executive program in innovation, technology, and competitivity, as well as for his top-level research. He is a member of multiple international research associations, such as the Royal Society for Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce (United Kingdom), the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Operations Management, Academy of Marketing Science, Association of Consumer Research, the Latin American Chapter of the Business and Economics Society International, Marketing Science Institute, (USA), and the Indian Society of Agricultural Economics (India). He is also a member of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI), Level III, Conacyt.

Rajiv Maher

Rajiv Maher

Research Professor of the Department of Strategy and Leadership

Rajiv Maher is a Research Professor in the Department of Strategy and Leadership at EGADE Business School and Leader of the Thematic Area Research Group (GAT) in Social Innovation and Sustainability at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. His research has specialized in the impacts of corporate social responsibility practices since 2007 and, more recently, also in human rights and business. As a consultant, he has experience in the IFC (investment bank for the World Bank's private sector). Within the extractive industry, he has experience working in mining communities in Chile, Brazil, and Peru, as well as other natural resource sectors in the same countries, in addition to Guatemala. Through academic research, Maher empirically assesses the impact and effectiveness of social responsibility practices and strategies in Latin America in diverse communities. He has published several articles (both academic and non-academic) on this subject.
