Entre sus temas de investigación están la calidad en el servicio, satisfacción y lealtad, así como la mercadotecnia verde, sobre los cuales ha publicado artículos y libros. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del Conacyt y tiene más de 25 años de experiencia en docencia, gerencia y consultoría.

Dr. del Alto Hernández is Director of the Master in Finance Program on the EGADE Monterrey Campus. She specializes in the valuation of companies, corporate finance, financial information analysis and money and capital markets, fields in which she has participated in publications, conferences, and workshops. Her intellectual contributions include co-authorship of the book "Finanzas para todos Desde El Financiero", as well as article “Instrumentos Financieros y la Respuesta de la Profesión Contable”, published in the magazine Consultoría de Negocios of the ICPNL. She was also responsible for the technical review of the book "Para Entender la Bolsa".

Director of the Institute of Enterprising Families for Mexico and Latin America

María Fonseca Paredes is Director of the Institute of Enterprising Families for Mexico and Latin America of the Tecnológico de Monterrey School of Business. Certified in family business consulting by the Business Families Foundation. Opinion leader in the country’s top media on topics related to Economic and Business Development, Family Businesses, Leadership and Innovation. Her scientific production includes several book chapters on these topics and popular articles in specialized journals. She has been a guest speaker and instructor at diverse national and international forums. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of  Toronto; two master’s degrees from Tecnológico de Monterrey, one in computer science and the other an MBA; and a B.Sc. in Computer Systems Engineering, also from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Apart from her career in academics and research, María Fonseca is a businesswomen and, for nearly four years, directed Fábrica de Escobas La Gitana, a family-run business founded in 1943 by her grandfather.

Doctor in Strategic Planning, he alternates his work between consulting in the strategic design of SME companies and teaching graduate topics of strategy, senior management and simulation. His research interests are oriented towards supporting business families to improve the performance of their company simultaneously with the achievement of their family goals. Dr. Doria is a member of the Strategic Management Association and the Academy of Management.

Graduate of the EGADE PhD in Financial Sciences

She holds a PhD in Financial Sciences from EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey; she has a specialty in Applied Statistics from the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Systems Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where she obtained the Alfonso Caso medal, awarded to the best grade average of the generation. She also holds a bachelor degree in Actuarial Science from the same University. She was director of Pension and Social Security Policy in the Insurance, Pensions and Social Security Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, where she carried out the valuation and analysis of reforms to pension systems of agencies and institutions, to improve its financial sustainability. She was also part of the General Department of Financial Planning and Economic Studies in the National Commission for the Pension Saving System, where she developed proposals to improve SIEFORE’s indicators of diversification, liquidity, performance and risk. In the private sector, she has experience in Seguros Banorte, Casa de Bolsa Valmex, and consulting with a focus on financial risk management and business intelligence. She has participated in the development of research on issues related to pension systems and the Pension Saving System.

Distinguished Visiting Professor in Consumer Behavior at EGADE Business School and Tec's Undergraduate Business School

Professor Martin Reimann is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, with appointments as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, the College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Cognitive Science Graduate Interdisciplinary Program at the University of Arizona as well. He is the Founder and Director of the Arizona Think Tank for Behavioral Decision Making, where he developed the research mission and collaboratively created the strategic agenda that focuses on interdisciplinary research areas such as Behavioral Economics, Data Science, Consumer Judgment and Decision Making, and Decision Neuroscience. In addition, Professor Reimann is the Founder and Director of the Association for NeuroPsychoEconomics, where he developed an annual scholarly conference and a workshop on consumer neuroscience in partnership with the Association for Consumer Research. He founded and edited an academic journal within the Association for NeuroPsychoEconomics called the Journal of Neuroscience, Psychology, and Economics.
