Juan Pablo Ventosa, Ph.D., has +30 years of professional experience in Training, HR Development, Talent Management, and Performance Improvement. He has wide experience as a speaker in international conferences on human resources and management. He has had the opportunity to travel to more than 25 countries and has taken part in different projects for the most relevant Latinamerican companies. He has practice as executive coach and board member. Takes part in organizational change management projects and as a coach for several company leaders and boards. Independent Board member in different organizations in Spain and Mexico.

Professor Zapata Cantu’s research interests are focused on management and strategic planning in SMEs, the impact of information technology in the human resources area, knowledge management, and organizational learning. In addition to having participated in national and international congresses, her research has been published in indexed journals, such as the International Journal of Manpower, European Journal of International Management, the Journal of Knowledge Management, the Journal of Studies on Administration, University of Chile and Rio’s International Journal on Sciences of Industrial and Systems Engineering and Management. In 2008, she received Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Award for teaching and research in the Department of Administration and Finance. Professor Zapata has been Academic Associate Dean at EGADE Business School, MBA Director in Monterrey, Director of the International Liaison Office in Barcelona of Tecnológico de Monterrey, and she has been a visiting professor in numerous universities such as the Postgraduate University Institute of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the University of Alicante and University Carlos III (Spain) and ICN Business School (France). Dr. Zapata has been a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Conacyt since 2006 and was made a Level 2 researcher in January 2017.

Leonardo Chin did his undergraduate in Telecommunications and Microelectronics Engineering at Tec de Monterrey in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Right now, he serves as Scrum Master (certified by Scrum Alliance in 2019), in a team of embedded software for an automotive focused company. He is also pursuing an MBA degree at EGADE Business School.

Leovardo Mata holds a Doctorate in Financial Sciences from EGADE Business School and a Master's in Economics from El Colegio de México. Today he is a professor-researcher at the Universidad Anáhuac México, a member of the National System of Researchers Level I, and his research areas are Economic Theory, Econometrics, Numerical Analysis, and Earth Sciences.

Linda Elizabeth Ruiz is a professor of entrepreneurship at the Undergraduate Business School at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Her central area of study is oriented to the entrepreneurial and innovative behavior that occurs within established organizations. She is particularly interested in the study of entrepreneurial and innovative behavior from a gender perspective. Moreover, she seeks to analyze the implications of the activity over the regions. She has collaborated with researchers in other areas like entrepreneurial education and regional development. 

Lourdes Ocampo Coria

Professor at EGADE Business School in Guadalajara

Lourdes Ocampo is Doctor in Human Development and her main interest is organizational change and women leadership. She has worked in Tec de Monterrey since 1987, as well as in outreach activities advising companies and educational institutions on the development of Human Capital in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. She collaborates as a senior consultant at Remus & Associates and has conducted research on occupational diseases (Burnout and Mobbing Syndrome) and has publications on sorority and female leadership. She has been recognized as the best evaluated professor at EGADE Guadalajara on several occasions and in May 2018 she received the 2018 Jalisco State Psychology Award.

Professor of Business Intelligence at EGADE Business School

Lucía Romo has a Biomedical Engineering degree and a Master’s Degree in Science Education from Tec de Monterrey. She has held roles in Ed-tech and Marketing in global companies such as Santillana. She has been a science and mathematics instructor in Tec de Monterrey since 2010, where she’s coordinated and designed courses at different grade-levels. She is coauthor of “Mathematics for Decision-Making”. Currently she is Marketing and Digital Solutions Manager at Cengage for Latin America and professor of Business Intelligence in EGADE Business School.

RESEARCH PROFESSOR IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Dr. María Lucila Osorio Andrade has had a long career within Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she currently serves as a Research Professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Intelligence at EGADE Business School. She is also Interim Director for the Retail Trade Center and Interim Coordinator of the Strategic Focus Research Group in Retail. From January 2011 to February 2022, she has been an adjunct professor at Campus Monterrey, teaching diverse undergraduate courses in the area of Marketing. She has also offered Continuing Education courses at the institution. Dr. Osorio’s professional experience encompasses the areas of Marketing and Exports in companies such as Heineken México and Nutec Industrial. Her research work has been published in numerous indexed journals, including Journal of Product & Brand ManagementJournal of Retailing & Consumer Services, and Humanistic Management Journal. She has presented her research work at several national and international conferences, such as ACACIA (Mexican Academy of Administrative Sciences), IAM (Iberoamerican Academy of Management), and AMS (Academy of Marketing Science). She is an active member of the Academy of Marketing Science and the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.
