BIOGRAPHY

Professor Corrales Estrada’s research interests comprise corporate innovation, technology-based business models, the sharing economy and global corporate networks, topics on which she has published articles in internationally arbitrated journals. She has also presented research at international congresses. In the consulting field, she has been specialized in entrepreneurial innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, IT in government, business process administration, virtual work models, information technology in business strategy and knowledge administration. In addition to her work as Director of the case study center at EGADE Business School, Dr. Corrales has been the Director of the Operations and Innovation Department of EGADE Business School Monterrey and holder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Research Chair of the same institution. She has also been visiting professor at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute of the University of Mannheim and the Center for Latin American Studies  at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany).
