BIOGRAPHY
Passion for a practical vision of theory

Research works of Professor Porras Musalem on logistics systems and inventories, have been published in specialized journals of international prestige and have focused the lectures he has presented at national and international congresses. 

As an expert and leader in logistics, Professor Porras was the Director of Research (2011-2014) of the Innovation Center in Logistics and Commerce of Tecnológico de Monterrey, constituting the network of research centers in logistics of the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute of the University Georgia Tech. Likewise, he has participated in consulting projects for the industry in logistics topics and supply chain. He was also a member of the National System of Researchers (2007-2012), Level I.
