Diana Kolbe is a research professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Intelligence at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has a PhD in Marketing from the University of Valencia, Spain. She is part of the National System of Researchers (SNI in Mexico) and of the research group "Consumer Behavior and Conscious Marketing". She counts with academic publications in indexed journals such as the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, the Journal of International Consumer Marketing, and the Agricultural and Resource Economics Journal, among others. Diana has professional experience in the field of Marketing and Sales in the agri-food sector in Germany and Spain and in Business Development in the natural gas sector in the United States and Mexico.

Edgar Antonio Centeno

Resarch Professor at EGADE Business School

The research of Professor Centeno Velazquez focuses on the relationship between consumer and brand, SMEs brands and green and health-focused brands. His teaching comprises topics such as strategic brand management, new product development and global brands, marketing for entrepreneurs and international marketing. He has published several articles in international peer reviewed journals. His publications include the co-edition of two books New Perspective of Contemporary Marketing and Marketing for Entrepreneurs: Emphasising brand identity and brand connectivity as well as author of the chapter “Let us listen to the voice of women in management in the twenty-first century: A longitudinal study,” published in the Handbook on Well-Being of Working Women. Since 2010, Professor Centeno has been the regional editor for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Journal of Place Branding and Public Diplomacy and guest co-editor of the Journal of Marketing Intelligence & Planning. In 2014, he was appointed a member of the Publishing Board of the prestigious journal on branding, the Journal of Product and Brand Management.

Director of the Master In Business Management at EGADE Business School

Dr. Aguiñaga’s research is focused on sustainability and innovation issues, mainly on those regarding the concept of circular economy. Thanks to his knowledge on circular economy, he acquired the position of Circular Economy Leader at HEINEKEN Mexico, where he led the company's transition strategy into this new economic model. As a member of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, he has published various scientific articles. His articles have been published in academic journals such as The Journal of Cleaner Production and Management Research, and The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management.

Dr. Porras is the Director of the MBA Programs (MBA, MBA Full Time, MBA-GBS) at EGADE Business School. Professor Porras Musalem’s research on logistics systems and inventories have been published in internationally renowned specialist journals and have focused on lectures he has presented at national and international congresses. As an expert and leader in the logistics field, Professor Porras was the Director of Research (2011-2014) at the Innovation Center in Logistics and Commerce, Tecnológico de Monterrey which comprises the network of research centers in Logistics of the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute at the University Georgia Tech. He has also participated in consulting projects for industry in logistics and supply chain-related topics. He was also a member of the SNI (Sistema National de Investigadores, Level 1, Conacyt (2007-2012).

Ernesto del Castillo

Ph.D. Student in Administrative Sciences at EGADE Business School

Ernesto del Castillo is currently a Ph.D. candidate at EGADE Business School. Ernesto holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He published part of his master's thesis, in co-authorship, in the Journal of Educational Development. His expertise area is econometrics, focused on panel data and efficiency studies. 

Eva González

Professor of Marketing and Analytics at the Business School and EGADE

Eva González has a PhD in Communication from the University of Seville, Spain, and has a postdoctoral degree in Marketing from the University of Tulane, USA. She is currently a senior lecturer in the Marketing and Analytics department of the Business School and EGADE Business School, at Tecnológico de Monterrey where she teaches subjects in the area of market research and marketing strategy. She is an active researcher and member of the Mexican National Research System, and she leads the Strategic Research Group in Retail at the Tec system level. Her research specializes in the area of retail transformation, purchasing behavior and marketing communication.

Dr. Eva María Guerra Leal is director of the EGADE - UNC Charlotte MBA in Global Business & Strategy program and of the MBA at the EGADE Business School Monterrey. She is currently a tenured professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Analytics at EGADE and is part of the Circle of Distinguished Professors. She is certified in Business Analytics from the University of Texas, San Antonio; She has a PhD in Administrative Sciences from the EGADE; Master's Degree in Communication with a Specialty in Organizational Communication and Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Within her specialty areas are customer-focused and service-driven organizations, marketing strategies, organizational behavior, service management and business intelligence; topics that have led her to collaborate with the Tecnologico de Monterrey in teaching, innovation, research and consulting. She participates in the research group in the thematic area of Social Innovation and Sustainability, the FAIR Center on Financial Inclusion and the institutional committee for Professor’s Classification.

Professor of Business Analytics at EGADE Business School

Dr. Trigos Salazar has published broadly on areas related to the sustainable use of quantitative tools to maximize corporate performance. His research interests range from business analytics, industrial and corporate statistics, simulation and math programming, to economic engineering, corporate finance, and investments. He is a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level 1, Conacyt, and he is also a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.
