César Sepúlveda

Professor at the Departament of Marketing and Analysis at Tec's Undergraduate Business School

Dr. César Sepúlveda is currently a tenured professor in the Department of Marketing and Analysis at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. He was Director of the Business Accelerator at the EGADE Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey (2013 – 2015), Director of the Marketing Program (four years) and Chairman of the Marketing Department (thirteen years) at the Monterrey Campus. His main areas of interest are related to services, sales, consumer behavior, and market research, where he has taught courses at the doctoral, graduate, undergraduate, and executive levels. Additionally, he has written different articles in these areas. Dr. Sepúlveda has taught courses and seminars in France, Belgium, the United States, Honduras, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala and Colombia. Additionally, he has participated five times as a visiting professor at the University of Pforzheim, Germany in the years 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2013. He has served as a consultant in various companies. He earned his Ph.D. and Master's in Management from Tulane University. Additionally, he has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Research Professor in the Strategy and Leadership Department

Dr. Christiane Molina is Research Professor in the Strategy and Leadership Department at EGADE Business School. She currently teaches corporate sustainability to MBA students and courses on strategic planning, innovation and sustainability, and planning models and processes at the State of Mexico Campus. Dr. Molina is a prominent coach of the Best Mexican Companies program at Deloitte, Banamex and Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also provided advice to family businesses in the Family Business Value Creation Program in the metropolitan area of ​​Mexico City. She is certified as an Independent Director by the Institute of Best Practices and as “Multiplicador B” by the B Corp organization in Mexico.

Claudia Gómez Borquez

Claudia Gómez Borquez

Ph.D. Student in Administrative Sciences at EGADE Business School

Claudia Gómez Borquez is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Consumer Behavior at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Sheffield. Currently, she is living in Vancouver, Canada, where she is doing research, in SFU Beedie School of Business, to create models to shift consumer behavior towards more sustainable consumption. Claudia has participated in different international social development projects, including Egypt, Greece and Brazil. During those projects she developed her passion for women empowerment, diversity, inclusion and equity. Previously, she has worked on business development for entrepreneurs, commercial strategy and project management. Her research interest includes gender stereotypes in advertising and sustainable consumption.

Claudia Ramos

Claudia Ramos

Professor of Organizational Behavior at EGADE Business School

Professor Ramos Garza’s research focuses on themes linked to the areas of  strategy and organizational behavior. She has published on the themes of personality, diversity, decision-making styles, strategic consensus, team processes, and innovation-oriented culture. She has been a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Conacyt (2006-2010) and has received several awards for her intellectual contribution from DAF Campus Monterrey and EGADE Business School. Professor Ramos has also received second place in the Romulo Garza Award 2011 from XIGNUX and Tecnológico de Monterrey, for her research in businesses, entrepreneurship, economy, and regional development. She has given conferences in the United States and various countries in Latin America and Europe. She has also cooperated with the International Competitiveness Center of the Graduate Division and Research, Campus Monterrey and has participated in several research and extension projects sponsored by  the Banco National de Comercio Exterior (Mexico). 

Cris Bravo Monge

Cris Bravo Monge

Professor at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics of the University of Guelph

Cris is passionate lecturer and researcher of social entrepreneurship and innvovatio. He has a doctoral degree Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego; Cris was a visiting professor at the school of business of Tec de  Monterrey, and a  professor of the School of Business at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia (ULACIT), in Costa Rica. He also serves as a mentor for the Global Social Benefit Institute at Santa Clara University. Cris has over 20 years of business experience; he has collaborated with companies like Nike, Michelin and Carlsberg, and has developed several entrepreneurial ventures in the functional beverage segment in Central America.  From 2011-2014, previous to starting his doctoral program, Cris served as the Dean of the School of Business at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia (ULACIT) in Costa Rica.  In 2012, he was recognized among the 40 under 40 most influential business people in Costa Rica.

Cristian Granados

Professor at the Graduate School of Business and at EGADE Business School

Dr. Cristian Granados is a research professor and consultant in the Innovation Department of EGADE. He holds a master's degree, doctorate, and post-doctorate from the University of Barcelona and the University of Cambridge. He was a research fellow at HEC Montreal and did a research stay at Harvard Business School. He actively works with entrepreneurs to develop their innovation capacity. He has worked with various companies such as Renault, Pfizer, Roche, Kraft-Heinz, Mabe, Hubbell, and Grupo Salinas in consulting and education. In addition, he is the academic director of the executive innovation program Tec Beyond and co-founder of the EGADE Innovation Community, which brings together 50 innovation leaders in Mexico. He has held positions as innovation director, co-founder of a video game startup, and Coparmex Innovation Commission president. In his research work, he focuses on analyzing factors of success and failure of innovation, and his studies have been published in British and American journals. He writes for Forbes, MIT Review, and Stanford Innovation Review in his dissemination work. He co-authors the book Do More with Less: 6 Principles of Frugal Innovation (Planeta).

Co-founder of Outcome and Author of The Corporate Startup

Co-founder of Outcome and author of The Corporate Startup. Dan comes from an entrepreneurial background – he has been involved with technology startups across the world. Puzzled by the questions ‘why are innovative products mainly launched by startups?’, he focuses on enterprise innovation strategy – specifically on the changes blue-chip organizations need to make to allow for new ventures to be built in a corporate setting. In this capacity he worked with companies like Deutsche Telekom, Bosch, Jaguar Land Rover, Bayer, John Deere or Allianz. Dan has also worked with various government bodies, in Asia and Europe, helping developing national innovation ecosystems and implement national innovation strategies.

Daniel Cerecedo Hernández

Daniel Cerecedo Hernández

Research Professor at Tec's Undergraduate Business School

Ph.D. in Financial Sciences, from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and in Economic Sciences, from Instituto Politécnico Nacional. He is a professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Santa Fe campus, where he teaches classes at a professional level. He has publications on financial economics and economic growth.
