Territorio Negocios, the podcast by EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey, will begin its 11th season on August 5, featuring the addition of Pablo Necoechea as a new co-host. He will join Eva Guerra and Alicia Galindo in leading the show.
The podcast is part of Tec Sounds, Tecnológico de Monterrey’s podcast platform. It has established itself since 2020 as a space for thought leadership where professors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, students, and alumni take a critical look at the trends transforming the business world in Mexico and Latin America.
MEET THE HOSTING TEAM
Eva Guerra is Associate Dean of Academics at EGADE Business School and a researcher in the Thematic Area Group (GAT) on Social Innovation and Sustainability. She previously served as Director of the EGADE MBA in Monterrey and of the dual degree EGADE–UNC Charlotte MBA in Global Business & Strategy. In 2023, she received the National Award for Inspiring Professors from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from EGADE Business School, a Master’s in Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She also holds a certification in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Alicia Galindo is Director of the Master in Finance program at EGADE Business School. She has taught undergraduate courses at Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Business School and served as Director of the Bachelor's program in Public Accounting and Finance. She is the founder of ABACO Consultoría Financiera. In 2023, she was honored with the Mujer Tec Award. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance with a focus on sustainability from UANL in co-supervision with the University of Extremadura, a Master in Finance and an MBA from EGADE Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Public Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Pablo Necoechea is Regional Director of EGADE Business School in Mexico City and Querétaro. He previously served as National Manager of Sustainability and Climate Change at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and as Director of ESG and Sustainability at Grupo Televisa. He has worked as a senior consultant at leading consulting firms and held public sector roles managing sustainability projects. As a researcher, he has contributed to energy and sustainability topics at the European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS) at King’s College London. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Economic Development from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, a Master’s in Innovation and Competitiveness from Deusto Business School, and a Master’s in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
