The third cohort of “Mentor an SME”, the executive development program offered by EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey, officially kicked off with the participation of 47 small and medium-sized business leaders, as part of the Más PyMEx Program led by the Nuevo León Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CAINTRA).

The opening session was led by Juan Enciso, academic leader of the SME development program at EGADE Business School, and Eduardo Coronado, CEO of Coflex, CAINTRA Vice President, and leader of the Más PyMEx Program.

This collaborative effort brings together EGADE Business School, CAINTRA, the Monterrey Competitiveness Center, and 22 leading companies from Nuevo León, with the shared goal of building stronger companies, more integrated supply chains, and a productive ecosystem that fosters quality jobs, social mobility, and sustainable economic growth in the region and the country.

STRATEGIC TRAINING FOR SME LEADERS

  • B2B strategic marketing

  • Human capital as a strategic business partner

  • Administrative, financial, and economic management for SMEs

  • Operations management and Industry 4.0

  • Strategic decision-making and effective leadership in SMEs and family businesses

The program’s primary goal is to equip SME leaders with the necessary tools to boost productivity, professionalize management, and increase competitiveness.

A COLLABORATIVE BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM
