As part of the 30th anniversary of EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey, the EXATEC EGADE Association held the swearing‑in ceremony for its new Board for the 2025–2027 term.
The event took place on November 12 at EGADE Business School’s Monterrey campus, reaffirming the alumni community’s commitment to strengthening its global network of leadership, collaboration, and impact.
The new Board is composed of:

Zinia Padilla, Global Director of Alumni Relations at Tecnológico de Monterrey, thanked the outgoing board and welcomed the incoming leadership, highlighting the global impact of the EXATEC community and the institutional support behind its work.
Cristina Menchaca Garza (OneMBA’15), outgoing president, shared a message of appreciation and wished the new board success in its term.
The swearing‑in was led by Orla Branigan, Director of Global Engagement and Institutional Communications at EGADE Business School, who also presented the official pin to the new President of the Association. The remaining members received their pins from Martha Elizondo, Leader of Alumni Relations at EGADE Business School.
The ceremony was hosted by Arantxa Jaramillo, Coordinator of Alumni Relations for EGADE Business School in Mexico City. Eva Guerra, Associate Dean of EGADE Business School, and other school leaders were also in attendance.
Delivering his first message as President of the EXATEC EGADE Association, Colter emphasized the enthusiasm and commitment of the team joining him in this new phase.
“The challenge is significant, but I am very pleased to have a highly committed and proactive team with great drive. Since our first meeting, they have shown a genuine interest in strengthening this community. I am convinced we will work as a great team, bringing valuable ideas to life as we continue positioning EGADE within the EXATEC network and across the region,” he stated.
As part of the ceremony, the new Executive Board signed the official document that marks the beginning of its term.
The EXATEC EGADE Association is composed of graduates from EGADE Business School’s various programs. Through its regional chapters, it leads social-impact projects, promotes philanthropic initiatives, strengthens connections across alumni generations, and collaborates closely with the school’s institutional efforts.
