EXATEC EGADE Featured Among Mexico's 300 Most Influential Leaders

In July, the 2025 edition of Los 300 líderes más influyentes de México (Mexico’s 300 Most Influential Leaders) was published by Líderes Mexicanos magazine, recognizing several graduates from EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

The annual list highlights individuals whose leadership is shaping the country's development and making a significant impact in today’s evolving landscape.

The EGADE alumni featured in the list include:

  • Javier Arroyo Chávez (MA’82), Executive President of Corporativo Fragua and graduate of the Master in Business Administration: His leadership has driven the expansion of Farmacias Guadalajara into e-commerce, operational diversification, and sustainable practices across the supply chain.

  • Rodrigo Centeno Caballero (MNE’12), President and CEO of Nissan Mexicana and INFINITI, and alumnus of the Master in Business Economics: He has boosted local vehicle production, strengthened talent attraction in the automotive sector, and enhanced the company’s organizational culture.

  • Silvia Lucía Dávila Kreimerman (MNE’97), President of Danone Latin America and General Manager of Danone Mexico, and alumna of the Master in Business Economics: She is the first woman to lead the company’s regional presidency and serves on Danone’s Global Executive Committee. She also spearheads regional and global forums on inclusion and sustainability.

  • Horacio De la Vega Flores (MBA’07), Executive President of the Mexican Baseball League and alumnus of the EGADE MBA: He was recognized in the Sports category for leading reforms to improve the league’s business model and for launching new digital platforms such as the LMB app and Jonron streaming service.

  • José Antonio Fernández Carbajal (MA’79), Executive Chairman of the Board of FEMSA and alumnus of the Master in Business Administration: Under his leadership, FEMSA has grown its presence in 18 countries, advanced its digital strategy, expanded the OXXO store network, and developed fintech solutions like the Spin platform.

  • Álvaro Fernández Garza (MA’91), Chairman and CEO of ALFA and alumnus of the Master in Business Administration: He has led ALFA’s sustainable and digital transformation while also chairing the boards of the University of Monterrey, Axtel, and Controladora Axtel.

Each of these profiles reflects EGADE Business School’s commitment to developing leaders equipped to face complex environments with strategic vision, ethical values, and a focus on sustainability and digital transformation.
