EXATEC EGADE community to celebrate its 2026 Annual Alumni Reunion in Santa Fe

EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey will hold the ninth edition of its Annual Alumni Reunion on September 4 at its Santa Fe campus in Mexico City.
Exclusive to the EXATEC EGADE community, the event will bring together alumni from different generations, programs and campuses through an experience structured around three pillars: Return, Amplify and Expand, focused on reconnecting, professional development and building new connections.

Return invites alumni to reconnect with faculty, colleagues and friends who have pursued different paths in Mexico and around the world, while also learning about recent EGADE Business School milestones and reinforcing their sense of belonging to the community.
Amplify will introduce attendees to new perspectives from leaders and experts to help them create greater value in their organizations and discover ways to support future generations at EGADE Business School.
Expand will seek to strengthen professional networks among alumni from different generations, programs and campuses, opening opportunities for collaboration and development within a global community.
2026 EGADE Annual Alumni Reunion: networking, leadership and recognition
The day will begin with a networking lunch and the official group photo, followed by welcoming remarks from Horacio Arredondo, Dean of EGADE Business School.
Majida Khoury, Director of Alumni Relations and Career Hub at EGADE Business School, will present EXATEC EGADE at a Glance, an overview of the alumni community and its evolution.
The agenda will also include Speedy Connections, an activity led by Brenda Belmares, founder of Invictux, designed to foster new connections among attendees.
Another key moment will be the presentation of the 2026 EXATEC EGADE Merit Award, which will recognize an alumna whose career and contributions have made a positive impact on her community.
As part of the program, Mildred Villegas Sojo (MBA'04), General Manager of Unilever Mexico and Foods Latin America and an alumna of the EGADE MBA, will participate in a Fireside Chat on leadership and the business environment.
The agenda will also feature #4CTITUD: The Mindset of a Champion, a keynote presentation by Rafa Márquez, head coach of the Mexico National Football Team. His participation in the EGADE Annual Alumni Reunion 2026 will mark his first appearance as a speaker since being appointed head coach of the national team.
The EXATEC EGADE Association will lead What We Achieve Together, a space to share progress and results built by the community.
The event will also include the presentation of the EXATEC EGADE x Líderes del Mañana Scholarship and the Global Latin American Leaders Scholarship, initiatives aimed at expanding educational opportunities for future generations.
The ninth EGADE Annual Alumni Reunion will close with a live show and a social gathering for members of the community, as part of an event designed to strengthen ties across generations, expand professional networks and contribute to the development of future generations.
